Hey Lovies!

Just a quick little note. I am sneaking a break from writing a 10 page research page that is due on Wednesday. My project submitted last week, was in my opinion not bad but guess what I did? I submitted the wrong version of my paper and didn't notice until I received my grade. Had I double checked, I could have at least sent my proff a note and he would have let me submitted the correct one as long as it was before the deadline. But hey you live and learn. Lesson learned, it only takes one time to make that mistake. Had my turn, its over. So needless to say I did not receive the grade I expected. That's unfortunate, but I have determined that from now on, I have to be ahead of the game. No waiting until that last minute, no half azzz work, I am in this for the long haul and I am going to do well. I don't have a choice. Grad school is not cheap by anybodies standards.

So on to bigger and better things. If I have to stay of all night, my assignments will be as good as if not better than my counterparts. Because hey lets face reality, its not many people that look like me in my classes. So I have to excel, I cannot fail. Simply not an option.
